Thank you for choosing Tours My India for your travel needs. To ensure transparency and a seamless experience for our valued customers, we have outlined our Payment and Refund Policy as follows:

1. Fare Calculation: The actual fare for your trip will be calculated based on the distance from your pickup point to your destination. While fare estimates are provided based on location distance, the final cost is determined from your specific pickup point.
2. Cab AC Usage: In hilly areas or when the vehicle is stationary, we do not activate the air conditioning to conserve fuel and minimize emissions. Our drivers will not be obligated to turn on the AC when the vehicle is not in motion.
3. Discount Applicability: Please note that discounts and promotional offers do not apply to additional charges such as tolls, taxes, extra kilometers, extended hours, driver allowances, parking fees, night charges, or any other supplementary costs.
4. Vehicle Availability: While we strive to provide your selected vehicle on the scheduled day, there may be instances where the chosen car is unavailable. In such cases, an equivalent vehicle from the same segment will be provided.
5. Payment of Extra Charges: Any extra charges incurred during your journey must be settled directly in cash with the driver or Tours My India. This includes charges not covered by the initial fare estimate.
6. Driver and Car Details: Around one hour before your pickup time, you will receive the driver’s and vehicle’s details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. In certain cases, a Tours My India representative or the driver may contact you to confirm the booking.
7. Booking Confirmation Advance: To secure your Cab Booking, an advance payment of 500/- is required. This amount will be deducted from the total fare. Please note that this advance payment is non-refundable in case of booking cancellation.

Refund Policy: In the event of a booking cancellation, the advance payment of 500/- will not be refunded. However, if Tours My India is unable to provide the booked vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.
